HISTORY
We are a company in Loureiro, Oliveira de Azeméis, developing our activitie in Metallic Molds Fabrication involving the development, production, plastic injection and the commercialization of molds for automotive sector, food , package and garden furniture sectors.
We have a team of 40 highly specialized employees with a large experience in the sector where Portugal is a leader in an european and a world level. Our productive capacity goes from small to medium-sized molds untill molds above 40 tons with the most advanced technology of the market. We develop and produce about 35 molds per year and we have an active customer portfolio of 20 clients of the most demanding of the european and the portuguese markets.

We develop all the processes since Product Engineering till the Production and the Final Test of the Mold.
We have an industrial unit state-of-the-art with the process completely developed in-house.
We assume a position oriented for inovation and technological leadership in the sectors where we intervene. We are always looking for technology and inovation and achieved the capacitation level for the consolidated entrance in the automotive sector, keeping the balanced portfolio with other sectors in countercycle.

TECHNOLOGIES
Our machinery allows us to optimize the production of metallic blocs for injection above 40 Tons. These metallics allows,the downstream, to integrate a production proceeds of production industries that look for solutions adjusted to their products, and we actually have to find solutions to answer clients looking for indoor furniture and automotive industry.
