Requests of quotation for tooling, are normally received by e-mail. Within 24 hours, every request is reviewed and acknowledged. Quotations are submitted within 5 business days.

Two business days after the receipt of an order, an outline plan of work and/or a tool concept layout is sent for review and approval.

Tool design layout approvals, trigger the engineering, design, order of materials and toolmanufacturing.

Soperfect staff monitors manufacturing daily and reports its progress weekly. Customers are welcome to attend regular conference calls / meetings, to review project progress and development.

The reports submitted weekly, include photographs as well as manufacturing and progress planning details. Tool trials are done either at Soperfect own test center or in local test facilities. Process details from each test are normally sent with samples for review and approval.

Once tool manufacturing is completed and upon receipt of customer approval, the tools are thoroughly inspected and packaged to be shipped. Customers often rely on Soperfect logistics experience to assist in managing tool shipments.

Staff engineers are available for direct communications, Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm GMT (5 am to 1 pm US EST).
